With a length of 195 meters, a width of 49.8 meters and a depth of 16 meters, Huaxia Kunpeng 01 5000 tons self-propelled full swing crane is equipped with a streamlined bow, which can sail in unlimited navigation area and has DP2 dynamic positioning function, meeting the emission requirements of Tier III. The ship is equipped with a heavy-duty crane with a lifting capacity of 5,000 tons at the stern, integrating the functions of offshore wind power transportation and construction, and providing operational capabilities such as cross-sea bridge construction and oversize wreck salvage. After the delivery of the project, it will provide strong equipment support for the offshore wind power industry and help the country achieve the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" as soon as possible. At the same time, the helicopter deck is equipped with the OBSERVATOR HMS3.0 system, which aims to provide comprehensive meteorological data for the takeoff and landing of the helicopter, so as to ensure the safety of the helicopter landing and personnel.

Compared to the previous version, the HMS3.0 design is more compact and based on the Observator OIC (Meote link) principle, the various sensors can be directly connected to the central processing unit, which means less wiring in terms of installation and significantly lower costs for the user.

OBSERVATOR provides HMS3.0 to interface with a wide variety of meteorological probes, including wind direction, wind speed, helicopter deck pressure, level pressure, temperature, humidity, visibility, dynamics, cloud height, wave height, status lights, etc. OBSERVATOR's HMS 3.0 has been used on drilling platforms, FPsos, buildings, heliports, wind farms and ships of all types. OBSERVATOR HMS 3.0 is based on the requirements of the latest CAP-437, the Maritime Helicopter Landing Area Standard, Version 8. In addition, the system complies with the latest requirements of the Helicopter Platform Certification Authority (HCA) as described in the standard Helicopter Platform Monitoring System Rev9.

The system configuration is as follows:

● Wind speed and direction sensor

● Temperature and humidity sensor

● Pressure sensor

● Attitude sensor

● Visibility sensor

● Cloud high sensor
