The GuoXin platform broadcast alarm system has been upgraded

The "GuoXin" platform is a type JU2000E jack-up drilling platform, which was built by Shanghai Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding for Tianjin CSSC and signed for delivery in March 2021. The basic design was provided by F&G with a leg length of 166.98 m, a hook load of 907 tons, a maximum drilling depth of 35,000 ft, a maximum operating water depth of 400 ft, and a Cameron drilling package and well control system. In order to meet the latest alarm signal requirements of the "SY T 6633-2019 Emergency Alarm Signal Guide for Offshore Oil Facilities". The broadcast alarm system needs to be upgraded, the broadcast A/B control cabinet should be replaced by repair, and the existing peripheral equipment such as speakers and alarm lights should be retained. New installation of four-colour lights in platform work Spaces, living Spaces, entertainment areas and restaurants, helicopter decks, main control stations, etc.

Upgrade the replacement broadcast alarm system

(1) Telephone voice broadcasting function;

(2) Platform status light display function (several alarm functions required in the "Offshore Oil Facility Emergency Warning Signal Guide")

(3) Associated functions with peripherals (including: program control machine, fire gas system, ship management system, entertainment system, status light, ESD).

(4) Associated with the program control machine: to achieve the broadcast and broadcast listening function (the original system does not have the listening function).

(5) Associated with the ship management system (VMS) : the fault alarm signal of the broadcast cabinet can be fed back to the ship management system.

(6) Associated with the fire gas system: the fire gas alarm signal can report and trigger the broadcast system;

(7) Associated with the entertainment system, when the abandoned platform alarm is issued, the power supply of the entertainment cabinet can be cut off.

(8) General alarm controller: including comprehensive alarm (fire/oil spill/terrorist activity), blowout alarm, personnel falling into the water, oil and gas leak alarm, evacuation alarm, disarming alarm.
