Product Introduction
OBSERVATOR HMS 3.0
The OIC‑2021 is Observator’s latest‑generation helideck‑monitoring, marine‑meteorological and environmental‑monitoring server. Equipped with dedicated software, it complies with Revision 9 standards of Helideck Certification Agency (HCA) for helideck monitoring systems. The complete system fully meets CAP437, Normam‑27, BSL D 5‑1 and other relevant specifications. Housed in a 3HE‑height 19‑inch sub‑rack, the unit integrates an industrial computer and all required I/O interfaces, built on Observator’s MeteoLink technical architecture.
The Orga L430 serves as the helideck HMS repeater light, working in conjunction with the controller. With a built‑in photosensor, the luminaire performs automatic dimming at dusk and night without an external standalone photosensor. It also features fault‑monitoring capability, and the control panel can display various potential faults.
