Offshore Oil 945, formerly known as "West Titan", adopts the JU2000E design of F&G company of the United States, with a length of 70.36 meters, a width of 76.00 meters, a depth of 9.45 meters, a total length of 55.60 meters of cantilever beams, a total length of 166.98 meters of pile legs, and a maximum operating water depth of 122 meters.

The original general alarm system of the platform does not meet the requirements of the "SY/T 6633-2019 Guidelines for Emergency Alarm Signals for Offshore Oil Facilities", and it is necessary to modify the original alarm status lights of the platform, add four-color lights (including indoor four-color lights, waterproof four-color lights, explosion-proof four-color lights) and alarm buttons, and reset the alarm audio and logic. The renovation project has been successfully completed a few days ago, and the platform has been rushed to the operation site.
